|Intentional Movement for Nervous System Healing & Emotional Well-Being|

Sage and Soothe Wellness offers a trauma-informed approach to yoga and movement—integrating breathwork, somatic practices, and mindfulness to support both physical and emotional healing. These are not fitness-focused classes—they are restorative, therapeutic experiences designed to help regulate the nervous system, process stress, and foster a deeper mind-body connection.

With over a decade of personal practice, a 200-hour yoga teacher certification, and a clinical foundation as a licensed therapist, Christina specializes in blending polyvagal theory, chronic illness support, trauma recovery, and emotional well-being into each offering.

Sessions are available virtually and in person, with nature-based experiences in the Arkansas Ozarks that combine movement with the grounding power of the natural world.

|Honoring the Roots of Yoga|

Yoga is an ancient tradition with roots in Indian spiritual and philosophical practice. It has long been a path to healing, self-awareness, and community. Sage and Soothe Wellness honors these origins and aims to offer inclusive, trauma-informed sessions that respect the cultural lineage of yoga while creating space for diverse experiences of healing.

Yoga is not a trend—it’s a practice of inner listening, embodied presence, and holistic well-being.
