Sage and Soothe offers a unique approach to yoga and Pilates, blending therapeutic movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to support both physical and emotional healing. These are not traditional fitness classes—they are restorative experiences designed to regulate the nervous system, promote trauma recovery, and cultivate a deep mind-body connection.

With 10 years of personal yoga practice, a 200-hour yoga teacher certification, and clinical background as a licensed therapist specializing in trauma recovery, chronic health, pain management, and emotional and mental well-being, I offer a unique, body-centered therapeutic approach to support your healing journey.

In addition virtual sessions, I offer nature-based practices in the Arkansas' Ozarks, where movement is integrated with the healing power of the outdoors.
