I currently accept select insurance plans and offer sliding scale options and Out-of-Network (OON) benefits for those with qualifying coverage.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and trauma specialist, I offer therapy through a resilience-informed, somatically integrated lens. My approach blends traditional psychotherapy with body-based techniques to support healing that is whole-person, sustainable, and empowering.
