Discover the Heart of Sage and Soothe

About Sage and Soothe Wellness
Sage and Soothe was created from a deep commitment to holistic well-being, embodied healing, and intentional living. This space is a reflection of Christina’s passion for integrating nervous system support, movement, mindfulness, and emotional resilience into everyday life.
While Christina is a licensed therapist and experienced clinical supervisor, Sage and Soothe is not therapy—it’s a separate, non-clinical space for personal growth, somatic healing, and self-exploration beyond the traditional therapy room.
Through coaching, wellness consulting, somatic movement, and experiential education, Sage and Soothe provides tools that help individuals reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and move through life with greater clarity and purpose.
Whether you're seeking emotional balance, creative healing, or a deeper connection to self, Sage and Soothe offers a supportive space to explore that path—through personalized coaching, restorative yoga, workshops, retreats, and community care.
Transformation doesn’t happen in theory—it happens in the body, through practice, presence, and connection. -C
